administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) This facility consists of one below ground concrete tank with a capacity of 1,500 gallons for the storage
of domestic septage dumped from RVs.
2) A "Do Not Enter" sign was present at the tank.
3) Access road was graveled and in great shape.
4) The concrete tank is buried. Tank is traffic rated. A vehicle barrier had also been built by the tank. Area
was accessible for inspection.
5) The concrete tank was leak tested and certified by and an engineer to have no leaks.
6) Tank had not been used to store septage. No evidence of septage in the tank or on the ground.
7) No vector or odor issues noticed.
8) Tank location met setback distances.
9) Documented tank location with a Trimble Geo 7x.
