Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violationof the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Page 1 of 2 NOR;T CA�INA Oepa.lmen� of Environmental0uali� ADDITIONAL COMMENTS FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section 1) The required signage was present. 2) The access road was in good shape. 3) Overall, it appeared that the required markers were present. 4) The wood chips, materials, equipment, etc. noted in the previous inspection had been removed from being within the permitted boundary of the field. 5) No septage discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundaries. 6) No recent applications noticed in the field. Mark said that they are not currently using the site. No spot dumps or thick applications noticed. 7) Fescue stand was good. 8) No objectionable odors noticed today. 9) No recent application noticed. pH not checked.
