1) Required signage presentas you entersite.
2) Access road was in excellent shape.
3) Markers present.
4) No discharges observed to be outside of the permitted boundaries.
5) No application issues such as thick applications or spot dumps noticed.
6) Both fields had been overseeded with ryegrass.
7) No objectionable odors noticed.
8) No change noticed in setback distances based on permit map.
9) Records not checked at site.
