any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) Required signage presentalong access road.
2) Access road in good shape.
3) Site is inactive. Markers and setbacks not checked. Site will need to be inspected by Division of Waste
Management for compliance with the Septage Rules, nutrient management plan, and your permit
prior to the fields being reopened for septage applications.
4) No evidence observed of any septage applications to the fields.
