No violations noted on the previous inspection.
OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
NONE
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violationof the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit;
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) This facility consists of two 5,000 gallons steel tanks and two 10,000 gallons steel tanks for the storage of
domestic and grease septage. Tanks are above ground. Tanks had been repainted.
2) "No Trespassing" signage present along access roads to tank. Signage had been redone.
3) The access road to the detention facility was in good shape.
4) Tank accessible for inspection. No debris or vegetation blocking the tank from being inspected as per
Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i).
5) The tanks appeared to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed. Ground very wet at the end of the first
tank. Need to keep watch to make sure that tank is not leaking. Wetness could be due to recent rains.
6) Septage transfers to and from the facility appear to comply with the Septage Rules. No septage spills
noticed.
7) No odor or vector issues noticed.
8) No changes noticed that would affect setback issues.
