enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) This facility consists of one 10,000-gallon steel tank for the storage of domestic and grease septage.
2) The "No Trespassing" sign was posted at the tank.
3) Access road to the facility is in good shape.
4) Tanks accessible for inspection.
5) No evidence of any holes that may allow the inadvertent escape of septage from the two above ground
steel tanks. No leaks noticed.
6) Tank does not appear to be in use. No septage spills noticed today.
7) No objectionable odors or vector problems noticed.
8) No changes noticed that would impact setback distances.
9) Permit has expired. No application for permit renewal has been received. Scheduled to meet with
Maurice on 06/23/2021 about the permits.
