ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) This 20.9-acre site consists of two fields Field 1 (10.3 acres) and Field 2 (10.6 acres). Base on the Nutrient
Management Plan the site was established in Coastal Bermudagrass and is overseeded in cereal rye for
the winter months.
2) The required signage was present before you reach the permitted disposal fields.
3) The access road was in ok shape.
4) Required markers were present.
5) No septage discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundaries.
6) When I drove up to the Site, I met the pump truck. An application had occurred on the Site. No
evidence of ponding noticed from the application. No thick applications or spot dumps noticed.
7) Both fields still had rye present. Some winter weeds present also.
8) No objectionable odors noticed today.
