Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violationof the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Each letter of the required information was at least three (3) inches in height. The permit number was in yellow lettering with black edging. The black edging did not show up well against the black color of the toolboxes. Without the edging, the letters for the permit numberwould be slightly less than 3 inches in height. In the future, be sure that at least 3 inches of the letter is distinguishable from the background color of what it is placed on. See pictures below. 3) The tank is made of steel and affixed to the frame of the truck as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1). 4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present on ports. 5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3). 6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a). 9 []/$F70SALy a�s_yy�_sses t I!
