Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The facility is a land clearing and inert debris (LCID) landfill.
2. The facility has signage posted at the entrance to the haul road. 3. The facility is properly secured with a locked gate. The facility is not open to the public. 4. The facility is permitted to receive waste generated from any county in the State of North Carolina, but most
waste generated from the following counties – Lenoir, Wayne, Craven, Pitt, Green Duplin, Onslow, and Jones Counties. 5. The facility is permitted to receive land clearing waste, yard trash, untreated and unpainted wood, uncontaminated
soil, concrete, and concrete block. 6. Working face is being restricted to the smallest area feasible and compacted as densely as practical into cells. 7. Stockpiled materials are being maintained in reasonably sized piles with adequate fire breaks. 8. Facility stockpiles concrete onsite for future use. Per G.S. 130A-309.5 (c) (1) Seventy-five percent (75%), by weight or volume, of the recovered material stored at a facility at the beginning of a calendar year commencing January 1, shall be removed from the facility through sale, use, or reuse by December 31 of the same year. 9.
