During the period between December 22, 2023 and June 21, 2024 leachate was recirculated into the Phase 4 lined landfill and disposed of at off-site Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs). In accordance with the permit requirements the volume of leachate recirculated, the amount of leachate disposed of offsite, the amount of precipitation reported and the analytical results of leachate samples are presented. This leachate recirculation report is submitted semi-annually with the dates corresponding to the facility's established routine semi-annual water quality monitoring program. The pertinent information for this semi-annual event is summarized below: ● Leachate recirculated into Lined Landfill: 40,792 gallons ● Leachate disposed of at WWTPs: 363,024 gallons ● Amount of precipitation: 31.5 inches ● Leachate analytical sampling date: June 21, 2024 The next semi-annual sampling event will be performed in December of 2024 and a report will be submitted upon completion. ND - Not Detected at or above adjusted reporting limit. TNTC - Too Numerous To Count J - Estimated concentration above the adjusted method detection limit and below the adjusted reporting limit. MDL - Adjusted Method Detection Limit. PQL - Practical Quantitation Limit. RL - Reporting Limit - The lowest concentration value that meets project requirements for quantitative data with known precision and bias for a specific analyte in a specific matrix. S - Surrogate 1,2-Diphenylhydrazine decomposes to and cannot be separated from Azobenzene using Method 8270. The result for each analyte is a combined concentration. Consistent with EPA guidelines, unrounded data are displayed and have been used to calculate % recovery and RPD values. LCS(D) - Laboratory Control Sample (Duplicate) MS(D) - Matrix Spike (Duplicate) DUP - Sample Duplicate RPD - Relative Percent Difference NC - Not Calculable. SG - Silica Gel - Clean-Up U - Indicates the compound was analyzed for, but not detected. Acid preservation may not be appropriate for 2 Chloroethylvinyl ether. A separate vial preserved to a pH of 4-5 is recommended in SW846 Chapter 4 for the analysis of Acrolein and Acrylonitrile by EPAMethod 8260. N-Nitrosodiphenylamine decomposes and cannot be separated from Diphenylamine using Method 8270. The result reported for each analyte is a combined concentration. Reported results are not rounded until the final step prior to reporting. Therefore, calculated parameters that are typically reported as "Total" may vary slightly from the sum of the reported component parameters. Pace Analytical is TNI accredited. Contact your Pace PM for the current list of accredited analytes. TNI - The NELAC Institute. ANALYTE QUALIFIERS Sample was diluted due to the presence of high levels of non-target analytes or other matrix interference.D3 Sample was received or analysis requested beyond the recognized method holding time.H3 Matrix spike recovery exceeded QC limits. Batch accepted based on laboratory control sample (LCS) recovery.M1 RPD value was outside control limits.R1 The continuing calibration verification was below the method acceptance limit. The analyte was not detected in the associated samples and the sensitivity of the instrument was verified with a reporting limit check standard.v2 The continuing calibration verification was below the method acceptance limit. Any detection for the analyte in the associated samples may have low bias.v3 REPORT OF LABORATORY ANALYSIS This report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written consent of Pace Analytical Services, LLC.Date: 07/08/2024 08:51 AM Pace Analytical Services, LLC 9800 Kincey Ave. Suite 100 Huntersville, NC 28078 (704)875-9092 Page 20 of 24 #=CR# QUALITY CONTROL DATA CROSS REFERENCE TABLE Pace Project No.: Project: 92738531 ASHE LEACHATE Lab ID Sample ID QC Batch Method QC Batch Analytical Method Analytical Batch 92738531002 863832LagoonEPA 353.2 Rev 2.0 1993 92738531001 864617 864735LAGOONEPA 3010A EPA 6020B 92738531001 864683LAGOONEPA 8260D 92738531001 864358LAGOONEPA 8260D Mod. 92738531001 864376LAGOONEPA 300.0 Rev 2.1 1993 92738531001 865759 866065LAGOONEPA 365.1 Rev 2.0 1993 EPA 365.1 Rev 2.0 1993 92738531001 865857 865875LAGOONSM 5220D-2011 SM 5220D-2011 REPORT OF LABORATORY ANALYSIS This report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written consent of Pace Analytical Services, LLC.Date: 07/08/2024 08:51 AM Pace Analytical Services, LLC 9800 Kincey Ave. Suite 100 Huntersville, NC 28078 (704)875-9092 Page 21 of 24 Page 22 of 24 Page 23 of 24 Page 24 of 24
