or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(1): The tank is constructed of metal and is affixed to the vehicle as required.
2) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(2): Valves appeared to be in working order and were closed at the time of
inspection.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(3): Access ports were closed and sealed at the time of inspection.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a): No leaks were noted during the inspection.
5) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (b): The town name, phone number, and permit number were at least three (3)
inches as required. The company name was just over two (2) inches. The company name was fixed
following the inspection. On June 13, 2024, Ms. Williams reinspected the vehicle and found that the
lettering was in compliance.
