Dear Ms. Traynham and Mr. Chalker:
On August 6, 2024, Ms. Amanda Thompson, representing the State of North Carolina, Division of Waste
Management Solid Waste Section (Section) inspected the above referenced facility. At the time of the inspection,
Section staff estimated that the facility had approximately 13,000 cubic yards of unground and ground
vegetative waste at the facility. The estimated volume of vegetative waste observed was over the allotted 6,000
cubic yards of vegetative waste allowed at a yard waste notification. On September 5, 2024, Ms. Thompson and
Mr. Drew Hammonds conducted a follow-up inspection to confirm the processing and removal of the yard waste
from the facility.
This letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Violation dated August 12, 2024 have been
satisfied and the violation(s) have been corrected. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If you have any
