Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Page 1 of 2 FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT D_E Q�� Division of Waste Management NORTH CAROLINA Oep--0Emlranm lW,W Solid Waste Section ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) Facility consists of one screening unit and one below ground 1,450 gallons tank for the storage of portable toilet waste until it is discharged to the sanitary sewerfor the City of Greensboro. 2) The access road to the detention facility is in good shape as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b). 3) Tank accessible for inspection as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i). 4) The "No Trespassing" signage present on the chain link fence prior to enter the Facility. 5) No septage spills noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0838(j). 6) No vector or odor issues noticed as covered within Rules 15A NCAC 13B .0838(e)(2) and .0838(g). 7) A cleanout port needs repair see picture below. 8) No issues noticed with setback requirements.
