enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) The required information of Firm name, town name, phone #, and permit # was on both sides of the
pumper vehicle. McFarland Septic LLC was on the application. Only McFarland Septic was on both sides
of the pumper vehicle. Will make note in database. Each letter of the required information was greater
than three (3) inches in height. The lettering was distinguishable and not blocked from view. The
lettering meets the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b). See pictures below.
3) The tank is made of aluminum and affixed to the frame of the truck as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1).
4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present
on ports.
5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3).
6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a).
7) Truck in compliance with the Septage Rules.
8) Pumper vehicle with license plate number YA115457 and VIN # 2NKKMHN7X38M234818 has been sold.
