Inspection conducted to make sure pump truck was still in compliance. 3) The required information of Firm name, town name, phone #, and permit # was on both sides of the pumper vehicle. See pictures below. Phone number listed on pumper vehicle was 1-800-948-MIKE. Each letter of the required information was greater than three (3) inches in height. The lettering was distinguishable and not blocked from view. The lettering meetsthe requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b) . 4) The tank is made of metal and affixed to the frame of the truck as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1). 5) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present on ports. 6) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3). 7) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a). 8) Truck in compliance with the Septage Rules.
