any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) The firm name, town name, phone number, and firm permit number were on both sides of the pump
truck. The letters were three (3) inches in height or greater. The lettering was distinguishable and not
blocked from view. The lettering on each pump truck meets the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B
.0835(b). The phone number on the pump truck was 336-697-2909.
3) The tank was made of steel and affixed to the frame of the truck as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1).
4) The valves on the pump truck appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B
.0835(a)(2). Caps present on each of the hose ports.
5) The access ports had lids in good repair and were sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3).
6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a).
7) The pump truck passed inspection.
