paper to explain, if necessary): -1500 gallon main tank with 1000 overflow tank with alarm
used as an RV dump station. Pumped out on demand
5. An explanation of how septage will be discharged into and removed from the facility (use
additional paper to explain, if necessary): Pumped out by licensed septage hauler on demand.
6. An explanation of how any leaks or spills at the facility will be cleaned and how odors will be
controlled (use additional paper to explain, if necessary): Tank openings are birmed.
