Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Each letter of the Firm name, phone #, and permit # was greater than three (3) inches in height. The lower case letters for the town name were less than 3 inches in height. Aaron had the letters for the town name updated such that all letters were uppercase and at least 3 inches in height. See pictures below. The lettering was distinguishable and not blocked from view. The lettering meets the requirements of Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b). 3) The tank is made of metal. The tank is affixed to the frame of the truck as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1). 4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present on ports. 5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3). 6) No leaks noticed as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a). 7) The pump truck complies with the Septage Rules.
