or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) When I inspected the pumper vehicle on 04/11/2024, the permit number was stated on the pumper
vehicle as "NC Permit 00042" and the lettering was less than 3 inches in height. I requested that they
place the permit number on the pumper vehicle as "NCS-00042" and to make sure that the lettering was
3 inches or greater in height. Also, the lettering for the town name was less than 3 inches in height.
Requested that the lettering be redone such that it would be 3 inches or greater in height. The lettering
for the firm name and phone number was 3 inches or greater in height. Requested that they email
pictures with the updated lettering for the permit number and town name.
On 05/02/2024, 1 received an email from Ms. Fran Hawes with the pictures showing the corrections to
the lettering for the permit number and town name. Based on the initial inspection and received
pictures, the required information of Firm name, town name, phone #, and permit # is on both sides of
the pumper vehicle. Each letter of the required information is three (3) inches or greater in height on
the pumper vehicle. The lettering was distinguishable and not blocked from view. The lettering meets
the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b). See pictures below.
3) The tank on the pumper vehicle was made of aluminum and affixed to the truck bed with bolts as per
15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1).
4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present
on ports.
5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3).
6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a).
7) Pumper vehicle in compliance with the Septage Rules.
