ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1 – Proper signage at time of inspection 2 – Good access road
3 – Markers are up and appear to be accurate 4 – Septage discharges appear to be within permitted boundaries. 5 – Land applications appear compliant
6 – Crops are present in accordance to the nutrient management plan. 7 – No objectionable odors noted 8 – Setbacks appear compliant
9 – With a closed firm permit, the SLAS permit if you wish to continue must be done as a non-pumper Septage Land Application permit with an annual fee of $500.
