OTHER COMMENTS /SUGGESTIONS:
1. The waste type being accepted at the facility is according to permit.
2. Other waste types have been removed from the LCID Landfill. The waste piled up that was removed previously
needs to be placed into an approved container or removed from the area and properly disposed of weekly.
3. The exposed area was less than one acre and is being covered as required. Previously covered areas need to be
provided with adequate ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion within 30 days.
4. Chipping of land clearing debris is being done today. There were several piles of chipped land clearing debris.
The site is being managed well. Good Job!
5. Pictures were taken today for file.
