OTHER COMMENTS /SUGGESTIONS:
1. NCAC 13B .0505 (6)(b) states "Temporary seeding will be utilized as necessary to stabilize the site." Actions
to provide ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion need to be underway.
2. I am in receipt of the August 12, 2003 letter to Jim Barber requesting information on extending this permit. Efforts
to extend this permit need to continue.
2. The Construction and Demolition waste is being disposed of into a small area and is being managed well.
3. The windblown waste needs to be picked up and returned to the working face on a daily basis.
4. Grading and stabilization activities need to be completed no later than April 15, 2005.
