If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subjectto enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Page 2 of 2 TATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS: one OTHER COMMENTS /SUGGESTIONS: 1. NCAC 13B .0505 (6)(b) states "Temporary seeding will be utilized as necessary to stabilize the site." Actions to provide ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion need to be underway. 2. I am in receipt of the August 12, 2003 letter to Jim Barber requesting information on extending this permit. Efforts to extend this permit need to continue. 2. The Construction and Demolition waste is being disposed of into a small area and is being managed well. 3. The windblown waste needs to be picked up and returned to the working face on a daily basis. 4. Grading and stabilization activities need to be completed no later than April 15, 2005.
