If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. The waste type being accepted into the facility is according to permit. 2. The exposed area was less than '/2 acre. 3. The wind blown was minimal and is being managed properly. 4. The slopes and adjacent areas that were graded and seeded are established with ground cover. "S"fiffAWTeceipt of the August 12, 2003 letter to Jim Barber requesting information on extending this permit. Efforts to extend this permit need to continue. 6. Agreements have been made with the local fire department for fine control. 7. The Construction and Demolition waste is being disposed of into a small area and is being managed well. Good Job! 8. The closed out portion of the landfill was reviewed and is being managed well. There were no signs of any breakouts.
