You are hereby advised that, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $5,000 per day may be assessed for each
violation of the Solid Waste Statute or Regulations. If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subject to enforcement actions
including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further
relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

During end -of -day inspection, it was observed that large amounts of windblown waste remained uncollected from
the landfill area; windblown or other waste should be collected and disposed of at the end of each day's
operations;
2. Working face observed to be of more, manageable size and waste is sufficiently covered;

3. Observed that some repair has occurred on bare areas on slopes; continue on -going program of maintenance of
soil cap and vegetative cover, plan and conduct any repairs needed on thin or eroded areas, and reseed these
areas;
