OTHER COMMENTS /SUGGESTIONS:
1. I am in receipt of the August 12, 2003 letter to Jim Barber requesting information on extending this permit.
2. The Construction and Demolition waste is being disposed of into a small area and is being managed well.
3. The provisions for ground cover need to be completed within 30 days after grading is completed on the C&D waste
and the LCID unit. As a minimum, disturbed areas need to be properly seeded and mulched within 30 days
of receipt of this letter.
4. The LCID unit is being covered as required.
5. The wind blown is being managed well. It was noted that there was some windblown waste along the haul road
leading to the C&D unit.
6. The yard waste is being ground up and is being managed well.
7. Monitoring records were not checked today.
