Efforts to extend this permit need to continue. 2. The Construction and Demolition waste is being disposed of into a small area and is being managed well. 3. The provisions for ground cover need to be completed within 30 days after grading is completed on the C&D waste and the LCID unit. Previously disturbed areas need to be properly seeded and mulched within 15 days of grading activities to minimize onsite erosion. 4. The LCID unit is being covered as required. 5. The wind blown is being managed well. 6. The yard waste is being ground up and removed from the facility. 7. The contingency plan, methane monitoring records, certifications, waste screenings records and a copy of the financial assurance were reviewed and were in order. 8.
