Commercial and residential customers dump their waste directly on the tipping floor Monday through Friday. The transfer station tipping floor is not open on Saturday and customers dump their waste in a roll off container located to the north of the scale house. 11. The access roads were of all-weather construction and were being maintained to be accessible by loaded collection vehicles. 13. Minimal waste was on the loading bay floor and is being removed at the end of each operating day. 14. The leachate collection system in the loading bay was clear and appeared to be working as designed. 15. The facility had patched the holes noted in the August 31, 2023, inspection report; however, the wall had been hit again, causing a patch to become dislodged.
