The Brownfields each and every such publication, a newspaper meeting Property, which is the current site of the Chapel Hill Police Station, consists of all of the requirements and qualifications of Section 1- approximately 10.24 acres. Environmental contamination exists on the Brown- fields Property in groundwater, soil, exterior soil gas, and surface water, and in 597 of the General Statutes of North Carolina and was a structural fill containing coal combustion product. The Town of Chapel Hill has qualified within the meaning of Section 1 597 q newspaper per g committed itself to redevelop the Brownfields Property for no uses other than for a municipal service center, office, retail, recreational, associated parking, of the General Statutes of North Carolina, and that as and transit uses, and with prior written approval from DEQ, other commercial such he or she makes this affidavit; and is familiar with uses.
