Permit in accordance with 15A NCAC 13B .1603(a)(2).
Permit Renewal
On June 30, 1993, the Commission for Health Services adopted
Section .1600 - Requirements for Municipal Solid Waste Management
Facilities (MSWLFs) to implement the Subtitle D Standards as an
"Approved State". Section .1600 includes Permit Renewal
requirements for new units and lateral expansions to ensure
compliance with Subtitle D. Based on the area constructed and the
date construction is completed, all or portions of the MSWLF unit
approved under this permit will be subject to the demonstration and
scheduling requirements set forth in Rule .1604 (b)(2)(P).
