A final inspection has been performed. As of this date, permits #SDTF 31-11 & #SLAS 31-11 have been closed out. If in the future you wish to obtain a permit for a septage facility or land application site, please contact this office to initiate the permitting process. Use of a septage facility or land application site that is not permitted may result in administrative penalties up to $15,000 per violation in accordance with NC General Statute 130A-22.
