any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) The required information of Firm name, town name, phone #, and permit # was on both sides of each
pumper vehicle. Each letter of the required information was three (3) inches in height. The lettering was
distinguishable and not blocked from view. The lettering meets the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B
.0835(b). See pictures below.
3) The tanks on both pumper vehicles were made of metal and affixed to the frame of the trucks as per 15A
NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1).
4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present
on ports.
5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3).
6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a).
7) Trucks in compliance with the Septage Rules.
8) Permit issued on 01/09/2023.
