any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) The required information of Firm name, town name, phone #, and permit # was on both sides of the
pumper vehicle. However, the lettering for the Firm name and the town name was less than three (3)
inches in height. See pictures below.
* On 03/06/2023, Howard emailed me pictures showing the updated lettering. See pictures below. The
lettering now meets the height requirement and is distinguishable and not blocked from view. The
lettering meets the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b).
3) The tank is made of steel and affixed to the frame of the truck as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1).
4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present
on ports.
5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3).
6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a).
