A final inspection was performed at both site locations. As of this date, permits #SDTF 82-20 & #SLAS 82-18 have been closed out. If in the future you wish to obtain a permit for a septage facility or land application site, please contact this office to initiate the permitting process. Use of a septage facility or land application site that is not permitted may result in administrative penalties up to $15,000 per violation in accordance with NC General Statute 130A-22.
