A final inspection has been performed. As of this date, permits #SDTF 10-18 & #SLAS 10-21 have been closed out. If in the future You wish to obtain a permit for a septage facility or land application site, please contact this office to initiate the permitting process. Use of a septage facility or land application site that is not permitted may result in administrative penalties up to $15,000 per violation in accordance with NC General Statute 130A-22. This is a violation of Rule .0838(2)(18). This is a reoccurring issue from SLAS1021_NOV_20180802 and SLAS102I—NOCV_20190710.
