ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The facility only accepts yard waste from the Town of Seaboard.
2. Two separate piles of processed yard were observed in the center of the site.
3. Unprocessed yard waste was observed to have been pushed into the southern tree line. The unprocessed yard waste
must be moved away from the tree line to allow for access on all sides.
4. The access road to and around the central portion of the facility is being managed properly at this time.
5. The site is secured by a locking gate. Correct signage is posted at the entrance.
6. The waste stream was identified to be relatively clean. One piece of unacceptable waste was observed. Ensure that
all unacceptable wastes are removed as they are encountered and prior to processing.
7. Digital photographs were taken during the inspection.
