Dear Mr. Inman,
The NC Division of Waste Management performed a final inspection to close the Septage
Detention & Treatment Facility (permit #SDTF 65-04) located on SR#1318 in New Hanover County.
This inspection was performed when the Division was notified that your septage business was
closing.
As of this date, permit #SDTF 65-04 has been closed out. If in the future you wish to obtain a
permit for a septage facility or land application site, please contact this office to initiate the
permitting process. Use of a septage facility or land application site that is not permitted may result
in administrative penalties up to $15,000 per violation in accordance with NC General Statute 130A-
22.
