Dear Mr. Crawford,
The NC Division of Waste Management is aware that you have ceased operation of the
Septage Detention & Treatment Facility (permit #SDTF 10-21) located on Hwy 17 North in Brunswick
County. The Division issued another permit (#SDTF 10-22) under a different operator.
As of this date, permit #SDTF 10-21has been closed out. If in the future you wish to obtain a
permit for a septage facility or land application site, please contact this office to initiate the
permitting process. Use of a septage facility or land application site that is not permitted may result
in administrative penalties up to $15,000 per violation in accordance with NC General Statute 130A-
22.
