The effective cease operation date was June 2, 2023 and a final inspection was performed. As of this date, permit #SDTF 31-08 has been closed out. If in the future you wish to obtain a permit for a septage facility or land application site, please contact this office to initiate the permitting process. Use of a septage facility or land application site that is not permitted may result in administrative penalties up to $15,000 per violation in accordance with NC General Statute 130A- 22.
