Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Pagel of 3 FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(2): Required signage was present at the time of inspection. 2) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(3): All weather roads are maintained as required. 3) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(7): No ponding of septage or soil disturbance was noted. 4) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(9): No ruts greater than 3 inches in depth were noted. 5) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(10): Boundary markers were present at the time of inspection. 6) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(12): All discharges appear to be contained within the boundaries of the field(s). 7) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(14): No crop damage was observed from application(s) of grease septage. 8) 15 NCAC 13B .0842(a)(17): Applications appear to be made in accordance with the Nutrient Management Plan (NMP).
