Dear Mr. Spence:
Your Yard Waste Facility Notification, described above, was approved on June 01, 2005
and expired on June 01, 2006. Solid Waste Management Rule .1402(g)(3)(A) requires that
Yard Waste Notifications be submitted on an annual basis. This rule has been in affect since
1996 in the Solid Waste Compost Rules and prior to that in the Yard Waste Rules.
If you wish to continue to operate this facility, the enclosed Yard Waste Facility
Notification form should be completed and returned to our office. If this facility is no longer
active, please complete the enclosed Notice of Ceased Operation of. a Yard Waste Facility form
and return it to our office.
Please respond to this letter within 10 (ten) days of receipt. Should you have questions,
