SUBJECT Complaint received regarding nonapproved waste, waste within 100 feet of property line and water being blocked
SUMMARY OF COMMUNICATION
Mason Price Construction Littleton, Halifax Co. visited the site in response to an anonymous complaint and
met with Mr. Price. Price has dumped C&D material on the site. Told Price to remove the all waste except the
LCID and compact as densely as possible and provide receipts. Price said this would be done within 2 weeks.
Could not verify other violations. ROC
8/9 Mason Price LCID Littleton Halifax Co. Home office Phoned Will Mann regarding any known
problems created by the notified site. Indicated that the site was not obstructing the flow of a creek, and was not
presently located in a wetland. Price had placed some waste in a wetland, but removed that waste when told to
by Mann. Mann indicated that he marked the location of the wetlands in the area.
