OTHER COMMENTS /SUGGESTIOW
1. Facility needs to ensure that no vegetative material is disposed of with 100 feet of any property line. Inert debris may
be disposed of within this setback.
2. One load of nonconforming waste was observed on site, this material must be removed and receipts provided.
3. Large sedimentation basin on the east side needs to be cleared of brush around area of rip rap dam. Dam needs to be
raised to increase free board.
4. Small sedimentation basin on the north side needs to be cleared of silt.
