The report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Mooresville Regional Office. The UST Section needs more information to approve this in-place closure. Please include a site map of the facility and the location of the 20,000-gallon UST and the 30,000-gallon UST. Also, we will need this report stamped by a Professional Geologist with a statement that he/she agrees with the conclusions and recommendations of this report. If approved for in-place closure, you will need to make sure you follow the sampling requirements for commercial closures.
