Price, Gary G. Glawtney, Jimmy R. & Dora R. Gwaltney and Ronald F. Chapman water supply wells, identified as WSW-5, WSW-16, WSW-18, WSW-19. The leaking tanks are located at 8200 NC Highway 90 East, Stony Point, Alexander County. Please perform a health risk evaluation and send the evaluation with your recommendation and a copy of this memo to me. I will then forward the health risk evaluation and recommendation to any well users.
