Ryan,

I wanted to touch base about the Mooresville Amoco site at 151 South Broad Street in Mooresville.

Last week the wells were installed and samples collected. I expect to have the laboratory report
near the end of October.

Therefore, I am requesting an extension of the Risk Assessment Report. I believe I will have it puled
together and delivered to your office a few weeks after that, but I am requesting an extension of the
due by December 15 , 2023.
