Ryan,

I wanted to touch base about the Mooresville Amoco site at 151 South Broad Street in Mooresville.

Because the earlier work done at the site was completed by the property owner who was disputing
being named the RP, the trust fund wasn’t accessed for this site. Since your office has asked for a
CSA, we have pulled together a trust fund eligibility application and submitted that to the Trust Fund
Branch folks. We have done some preliminary planning for the CSA, but have delayed the work so
that the efforts would be eligible for reimbursement.

I have attached a trust fund pre approval form and a scope of work as per our previous discussions.

We are hoping to do the monitoring well install in mid August. With that said, we are requesting an
extension of an additional 90 days. We would expect to get the report to you on or before Nov
13th. Please let me know if you would like this request in a formal letter.
