Firm operation shall be in accordance with the provisions of N.C. General Statute 130A-291.1 - 130A-291.3, Title 15A of the N.C. Administrative Code 13B .0800 et.seq.,
conditions of the permit, and representations made in the application and accompanying documents for a permit.
The permit holder is authorized to discharge septage only at the locations(s) listed below:
1. City of Hickory WWTP, Hickory, NC
2. Town Creek WWTP, East Spencer, NC
3. Rocky River WWTP, Concord, NC
This permit does not entitle the permit holder to operate a Septage Land Application Site, a Septage Detention or Treatment Facility, or any other solid waste management facility
not specified herein.
Failure to operate as permitted may result in the Department suspending or revoking this permit, initiating action to enjoin the unpermitted operation, imposing administrative
penalties, or invoking any other remedy as provided in Chapter 130A, Article 1, part 2 of the North Carolina General Statutes. This permit and registration expires on

Discharge Requirements
• Septage tickets can be purchased at 5RU Administration Office, 1 Water Street, Salisbury, NC 28144.
Tickets are $75 (up to 2,000 gallon limit per ticket) and forms of payment are checks or money orders
on made out to City of Salisbury.
■ 5 R U accepts domestic septage and portable toilet waste from Rowan Cou ntv onIV. Septage being
discharged must he within a pH range of 6.0-10.0 standard units and its temperature cannot exceed
104 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Septage shall be discharged at Town Creek WWTP (850 Heiligtown Rd, E. Spencer, NC) Monday -Friday
between the hours of 7am-4pm.
e Manifests are to be completely filled out consisting of address and phone number when turned in to
wastewater staff.
• Please note that violation of this agreement is also a violation of the City's Sewer Use Ordinance (SUO)
Ch_ 25 Article Vlll Sec. 25-202 and may be subject to enforcernent action including, but not limited to,
the issuance of a civil penalty and/or termination of your agreement with SRU as a domestic disposal
site.
