This office acknowledges the receipt of your 2023 Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report for the referenced
site on July 5, 2023. The report has been reviewed and maintained in the Guilford County Health Department
in Greensboro.

The review of the report indicates that decamethylcyclopentasiloxane has rebounded in MW-2R since 2022.
Based on the sampling results of April 18, 2023, we do not consider site closure at this time. Natural Monitoring
attenuation needs to be continued at the site. If you plan to perform active remediation, please submit a plan for
our review.
