Hey Linda,
I called and spoke with the property owner at 3912 Iron Works Road. There is a well there, but
according to her “everything, including the kitchen sink” had been thrown down that well. She is
willing to abandon it. No one has lived at that house since the 50s, but she knows the well is there,
on the east side of the house. There used to be a wellhouse, but it was knocked down, and the area
surrounding the well has been mounded up. She said that you would have to dig to get to the well
in question.

I also confirmed that the property where WSW-6 was located is connected to municipal water, via
the 2018 Report table. Looks like they returned a well survey to them.

I’m going to update the table and report regarding what I learned today, and what you and I talked
about yesterday evening. I am also going to change my recommendations, based on this new
information – I think the WSWs on-site and at 3912 Iron Works should be abandoned and the
incident should be closed.

Please give me a little time to get the revised report to you; call me if you have any questions.
