Incident # 12913 Dear Ms. Lepard: Pyramid Environmental & Engineering, P.C. has completed all operation and maintenance
activities associated with the Harold Smith remediation system. The system was operational most of the time during the April-June 2017 period. During this period, the soil vapor extraction (SVE) system extracted a calculated total of approximately 37.2 equivalent pounds of total hydrocarbon vapors. The Calculation of Hydrocarbon Mass Removal spreadsheet is enclosed. At the time of this report, the system was operational.
